Today it was a couple of First Amendment killing rules Walker's Department of Administration put in place to restrict the public's access to and use of the State Capitol that the federal court threw out.
Walker and his legislative allies pushed through laws and rules regardless of the US Constitution.
Contempt for the law is hardly leadership.
